The 3rd XI suffered their first defeat of the season against North London by 28 runs. After winning the toss Uxbridge bowled very tightly and took regular wickets forcing North London to use the full 60 overs. Aimal Bangash was the pick of the Uxbridge bowlers (6-57)as North London ended on 197 for 9.
In reply Uxbridge lost early wickets and struggled to 57 for 5. However opener Tyrone Porter stuck around and played some impressive shots while putting on 50 partnership with Aamer Latif for the 6th wicket before being dismissed for 74. Another partnerships between Bangash and Chris Darvill (55 runs) put Uxbridge in sight of victory after reaching the total required for a winning draw but wickets in hand proved their downfall as they were all out for 169.
