Hope everyone is keeping well and safe during these difficult times and we are all hoping to play some cricket this summer.
To help you keep prepared during your time of inactivity, we have been asked to forward Strength and Conditioning program as used by the Middlesex Winter County Age group squads, some of you may already have access to these links and may also have set up your own excellent training programs.
Please do as many of these exercises as you can without hurting yourselves and if you can please carry on with any running or other general fitness activities as you can during lockdown.
